The location puts you right in the middle of the walking street, with loads of restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. I had a spacious, clean room on the “right” side, away from the noisy street and nightclub, with a slight river view. The decor was tasteful, and I really liked having several lighting options. The shower was my favorite part, with plenty of hot water, strong pressure, and different settings. The pool was lovely too. Service stood out throughout the hotel, from the front desk and security to housekeeping and the breakfast restaurant. Staff checked in about the room and food, and seemed to care. For me, this felt more like a four-star than a three-star hotel. One of my best stays in Vietnam by far.

The service was the standout, especially Jenny and Lisa. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed, and the restaurant has a varied, adequate selection. Its central Hue location is close to the river, with bars and restaurants all around. The pool was a nice way to cool off. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the restaurant staff were great. The front desk ladies were very nice too. My bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The rooms are a little sparse, but perfectly fine for sleeping. The main issue is noise: if your room faces the street, loud music at night can keep you awake, which is pretty annoying.

We thought it was good value, and the location worked really well. The pool area was great, as were the Pizz.A restaurant and the cafe. Staff were professional and friendly. There was a mix-up on my end with paying for a tour, but they sorted it out with very little fuss.

The hotel has a lovely pool on the second floor and a very nice coffee shop downstairs. It's right in downtown, and the staff are friendly and really attentive to what you need. Stylish place, and a great choice for a visit to Hue.
