The rental shop owner was also the motorbike’s owner, and I found their carelessness and lack of responsibility unacceptable. My three children and I had rented a bike from the guesthouse, but the tire went flat shortly after we set off. When I called for help, the owner told us we were out of luck and would have to handle it ourselves. It was after 4 pm in Hue, we didn’t know the area, and we had to push the bike around looking for a repair shop without knowing how long that would take. The children were hot and tired, and I was upset and disappointed. We’d paid for two nights, but could only manage to stay one. The hotel was also too far from the beach and city center, and I no longer wanted to go to the beach.

It’s an okay hotel. For the price, amenities, and tourist location, you can find much better places in central Hue. This one may work for people who are in the area for business or leisure.

Very affordable, with excellent service. It’s in a quiet villa neighborhood, the rooms are clean, and there’s plenty of parking.
