They were so kind and adjusted my breakfast for my allergies!! The room was lovely, with a large bed. It’s in a cute, quiet area, near a little shop that has everything you need. I’d definitely stay again!!!!!

The staff were really helpful and worked around all my needs. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was very nice. The hotel is on a quiet street, but close to most of the restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again.

We especially enjoyed the delicious free breakfast and the very accommodating, friendly service. They helped arrange transportation and even let us shower at the hotel before our late night bus. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced, and there were lots of great places to eat in the neighborhood. We’d definitely recommend staying here 🩷

Hang made everything so easy for us. Before we caught our sleeper bus, we could use a room and shower for free. We also booked last minutes tickets on the sleeper bus to Ninh Binh for the same price as online, and rented a scooter for a fair 150 000 dong. The room was superb, breakfast was included and much appreciated, and the location was great, near the Citadel. We had an amazing stay at the Sapphire hotel and definitely recommend it 100%. We booked two nights through booking.com. The owner asked the day before what time we’d arrive, but when we got off our 12 hour train from Ninh Binh at 9 in the morning, I got a message saying the hotel was full and I had to cancel. It was completely last minute, so we had to find another room quickly. The owner offered a room at one of her ‘other’ hotels, which had absolutely no reviews online, and we refused. This was completely unprofessional. If she’d told us the day before, we’d have had more time to find somewhere else.
