The staff were wonderful and friendly, and the location was great. Our room was spacious and clean. They were so sweet, they even gave us a fruit platter for Christmas :) Highly recommend!

A great new hotel, with clean, comfy rooms and friendly staff, especially Mrs Phuc. I’ll be back.

We were welcomed with tea, and the hotel employee helped us with everything. She was really friendly, spoke good English, arranged a transfer, and helped us recover a lost item. The hotel is centrally located, so it’s easy to get everywhere. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spotless too. The price felt absolutely fair for what we got. I’d book here again anytime.

The location is mega, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They did their best to wing it. Thanks for that, team SLINE! That said, our room matched its one-star rating. Don’t look too closely at the mattress…

The rooms aren’t soundproof at all, which was one small downside. Otherwise, it’s great value for money: our room looked nice, was clean, smelled great, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient, and you can walk to all the sites. The staff were beyond great and helpful. Special thanks to the lady who offered us tea and ginger. It was so lovely, though unfortunately we didn’t get her name.
