I lost my bus ticket, and they helped me get it back from the company. They were friendly, honest, reliable and genuinely went out of their way to make my stay a good one. The gentleman was incredibly helpful, and the service was the best I've had in six weeks of travel and many different places. Good value too. Toin was really lovely, speaks great English and is keen to help. He arranged motorbikes for our ride to Hoi Ann, warning us firmly that we might get punctures. We did get a flat, and he happily talked us through fixing it. He also spoke with the mechanic by phone and made sure we weren't overcharged. The rooms were okay, with good water pressure and hot water.

The location was perfect, close to the bus station as well as good bars and restaurants. The room was chic, and they offer a nice breakfast. Get the fruit salad for an extra 15,000 VND. It was really good!

We stayed for two nights and would happily come back. The place is very clean and comfortable, with free filtered water. It's down a little side road, so it's peaceful, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I still remember this lovely place, even though it's been years since we visited. The owner was very friendly and shared lots of good advice. We took a day trip to Bach Ma national park, one of the best trips ever. Highly recommend both the place and the trip!
