The tour was the worst part of my stay. It took 13 hours in total, with 11 spent driving and only 2 sightseeing. The guide seemed unsure of the facts and kept walking ahead without waiting for the slower or older people in the group. After three weeks of travel, this was my first bad experience in Vietnam, and it felt like a waste of time and money. The room itself was clean, and the staff communicated well. The price feels too high for what you get, since it seems to be mainly for the location, and there’s no complimentary water. If your room is on the first floor, kitchen noise carries clearly because the building is laid out like a tunnel from the ground floor upward. There’s also an indoor pool right beside reception and the dining area, which felt awkward; I never saw anyone use it. You can’t get to the hotel by car, either. You have to walk along the alley to the entrance, whether you’re being picked up or dropped off.

The dorm was comfortable and really clean, and the location worked perfectly. Breakfast was a highlight, far more than basic toast and coffee. The staff were wonderful: attentive, friendly, and ready with ideas for things to do as soon as we checked in. They also arranged affordable tours and activities, which made things easy. I honestly have no complaints and would stay here again without hesitation.

The hosts were so kind and took care of arranging everything, from daily Hue city tours to the yummiest pancake she cooked for me. My room was cozy and really comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-tier. Loved my stay here. Kudos ❤️

I arrived pretty early after an overnight bus, and they welcomed me in. The dorm was comfortable and the bathroom worked well. Breakfast was great, and so were the service and recommendations from the family. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

What a great find. They booked me a good-priced tour at the last minute and arranged a transfer for after my stay. Everyone was super friendly, and the rooms were a decent standard. There’s a lift for your luggage, too. I work in hospitality and would recommend this for a pleasant stay. Thanks again, New World Team.
