The made-to-order breakfast alone made the stay worthwhile, with menu choices freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a real eye for the details, and made our three nights at The Orchid Premium Hotel in Hue, Vietnam a delight. One of the best stays I've had in all my years of travel. I highly recommend this gem. David Morgan, Canada.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, with a small balcony. Still, what we appreciated most was the team. Tina and the staff were so kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome and well looked after. We had a wonderful stay with Orchid. Thank you so much, Tina 😊

The coffee at the corner place called Merci was the best we had in Vietnam. We also loved our stay here: the room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the service was really friendly. The location's great too. Highly recommend!

I'd give them 100 stars if I could. My wife had a bout of stomach trouble, briefly lost control of her bowels, and soiled the fresh bed linen. The stains couldn't be removed from the 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, so they needed replacing. Even then, the hotel only charged me, her husband, a laundry fee. What a result! This may sound hard to believe, but the scars are real…

The pool is a lovely place to unwind, though the water was murky and oily and really needs cleaning. We also found the room less than ideal for a Deluxe Suite: it smelled strange, there were lots of ants on the floor and surfaces, and a few things had been left under the bed by the previous guest. Kids running up and down the stairs and through the hotel made quite a bit of noise. On the good side, the staff were very friendly and made an effort to remember us by our first names. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a good selection and dishes you could order. I'd stay again if they made some improvements.
