It's a true homestay, with the host and their family living there and welcoming you into their home. They're extremely warm and welcoming, and our room was clean and cozy. The place is fairly close to the old citadel, but a little off the beaten path. It's a good fit if you want somewhere really quiet.

Tinh and her family made us feel very welcome at The Purple Hue Homestay. When we arrived, she sat down with us and shared great ideas for places to eat and things to see. She also helped a lot when we had to change our flights back to Hanoi, letting us use her phone to call and offering useful advice. The building is beautiful, with distinctive wood and glass details. Our room was bright, perfectly clean, and comfortable. It's in a quiet field and feels local and unique. The Imperial Citadel and lots of delicious local restaurants are within walking distance. A perfect base for exploring Hue, highly recommend!

We fell in love with the design of their lovely house. The owners were the warmest, kindest and most helpful hosts we met. They gave us a list of recommended restaurants and sightseeing spots in town, then helped us move to another location and even sort out the bus to Da Nang. Thank you so much ❤️

Just a few minutes from the Royal Palace, the house sits in a quiet, relaxed area, and our room was super clean. The place is so stylish and cozy. Our only regret is not staying longer. The hosts were a huge help, organizing our Hue day tour from car and boat transfers to food and sightseeing suggestions. Fully recommend!

Tinh and Binh were joyful to deal with and always made sure we could reach them when needed. Their knowledge of the area helped us make the most of our time in Hue, and they arranged a scooter to be ready as soon as we arrived. Their beautiful family home is in a quiet part of the old city, within walking distance of many attractions. They took care of us throughout the trip, from scheduling a driver for the exact time we needed to travel all the way from Hoi An to organizing another ride back to the airport. We'd absolutely recommend staying with them to anyone visiting Hue, and hope to return on our next visit! 🤠🤍🙏🏻🏮🏮🏮
