It's in a quiet local neighborhood, though town is only a $1 Grab ride away. There are a couple of late night street food places nearby that are great, but for more variety, head into town. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the place has hot water and cold AC. The beds were a bit soft for me, though probably fine for most westerners. I'll stay here again.

Everything you need is nearby, almost all within walking distance, and the street is quiet, so there's no traffic noise. The rooms are modern, very clean, with good aircon and reliable hot water. The host was super friendly and helpful. Such an amazing homestay, I'll definitely come back. Thank you!

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was quiet. Mr. Quy and his family were very welcoming. I especially appreciated that Mr. Quy took me by bike to see the Hue Imperial City, Thien Mu Pagoda, and Tomb of Tu Duc. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The husband and wife were the sweetest, and the homestay was super clean, peaceful, and away from traffic noise. Everything was within a 15 minute drive. I rented a scooter, but it's also close to everything by Grab. They helped me book tours and arrange my transit to ninh binh. Great family homestay if you're there for a day or two, they treat you like family. The husband speaks enough English to get by.

The location was convenient yet quiet, a good place to rest after a day out exploring. I had a very pleasant two night stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and available whenever I needed them. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
