The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and the food quality was impressive. I also really appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability: it cuts down on single-use plastic, saves resources, uses eco-friendly alternatives, and composts kitchen food waste for plant fertilizer. The rooms were spotless, modern, tastefully designed, and well maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel sits in the heart of Hue, in a lively area on a very quiet street. Being right beside the Hue City Police Department was an added plus and made me feel extremely safe. This was my first choice for my stay in Hue, and I'll definitely come back.

The building is beautiful, and the service was incredible. I called to book a balcony room just a day before arriving, and the staff made everything easy. Special thanks to Nhi. The food was a big highlight too. Both the kitchen and room service were top-notch, with outstanding Western and Vietnamese dishes. I'd highly recommend it for a luxury feel without the luxury price.

The hotel is close to lively streets with lots of bars and restaurants, and it was great value for money. Our stay in Hué felt special here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of Asian and Western choices. We loved the attractive pool area, which had sunny spots and shady places to relax, with towels available. The rooms were lovely and large, the bed was big and comfortable, and it was quiet at night. It all felt really luxurious.

There are water canisters on every floor for refills. The hotel is centrally located in Hue, within a five-minute walk of the walking street. Rooms are big and comfortable.
