My room was average, and I was there alone as a woman. Around 11 or 12 at night, a staff member came up to check the room and then harassed me. I complained the next day to the owner or another staff member, but they said the person was only checking the room, denied checking anything at that late hour, and told me not to complain. I asked to extend my stay, but still had to check out the following day.

The room itself was fine, but getting an invoice as a corporate client was far too complicated. We couldn't obtain an invoice for the payment.

The room was clean, attractive, and luxurious, and the hotel is close to residential areas and restaurants.

The waiter was awful, and there wasn't any hot water. They also charged extra when I checked out at 12:20 PM. It was only a few tens of thousands of dong, but I've never seen that before and found it annoying.
