The rooms look spacious and fancy, but there was no AC and none of the showers worked. The language barrier and service made a very bad experience even worse.

The hotel is clean and generally well kept, and the service staff are polite and very nice. It's a 3-Star Hotel in the Old Quarter, close to lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and markets.
I wasn't especially impressed by the hotel itself, though its location is handy for local shopping and Hanoi street food. The included breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of options.
The location was good, but the room quality and staff behavior were extremely bad. They kept finding reasons to charge extra. There weren't even water bottles in the room, and they fined us 15,000 dongs for drinking an extra water. They also charged 27,000 dongs for a small stain on a napkin.
A nice hotel in a central spot, with excellent service and a good buffet.
