Hotel Thu Giang

I had booked seven nights, but after the first one I asked to move rooms. The second room was on the other side of the building and quieter, with no street noise, but it barely had a window and was just as dirty. I had to clean the floor myself again. Its air conditioner worked for one day, then only blew air. As far as I could tell, the units were centrally controlled and limited from outside. That feels like clear deception of customers. The first room had a filthy floor and two cockroaches. There was no proper cleaning, so I bought a mop and cleaning products and washed the floor myself. Have you ever had to do that in a hotel room? Both rooms smelled damp and moldy, the walls had mold, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan. The air conditioner in the first room didn't work either. There were two buildings being constructed across the road, with loud noise starting at 7 a.m. every day, plus constant traffic noise. Over the seven days, I got water and coffee only three times. I asked several times, but they still weren't brought. The reception staff seemed very unprofessional and spent all day on their phones. They should at least clean the floor around reception and in the lobby instead of scrolling. This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've experienced. I don't recommend it to anyone.
