It's okay. A night costs 200k VND on weekdays, while a single bed is 300k VND per night during holidays.

The owners' attitude was my only complaint. The room was clean and fairly priced, and it's close to the beach and Nunh Chu Park.

At 400k VND a night on September 1st, 2022, the price seemed fairly reasonable for a room with one 1.6m bed near the beach. The stairs were very noisy. Inside, the room felt stuffy, and the air conditioner wasn't cool enough, so I needed a fan. The toilet was also poorly ventilated and damp, with a bad smell.

The rooms are new, clean, and fully equipped. A double bed costs 300k a night. The hotel is near Ninh Chu tourist area, Dam Nai seafood market, and Binh Son beach, and it's 6km from the center of Phan Thiet city.

Fresh food at the restaurant, and it was delicious, nicely presented, and affordable.
