River Prince

Walking to the market was very convenient, and breakfast was good. Dalat doesn't need air conditioning, hehe. The hotel is being renovated, but the main problem for me was the soundproofing. I could clearly hear noisy conversations in the next room.

The location was handy, about a 10 minute walk from the Market and the lake. Service was friendly, though they wanted an extra fee for early check in. We said no, then waited another 30 minutes for the room to be released. The price had been cut a lot because the Hotel was being renovated, so you get what you pay for.

The staff were especially friendly, from the waiters to the receptionists!!! The restaurant food is good and cheap, and two sets should be plenty for three people since the portions are large. The room was very spacious, though the TV was an old CRT. That's okay, since you'll be out most of the time. There was a smell in the hallway between rooms. Booking through tourism will make the room cheaper. In general, it's a good place to stay in Da Lat!

We were pretty much the only guests staying during the week, so breakfast was limited to two items ordered from the waiter, with no menu. They had no salt, which seemed weird. To be fair, it looked like they were just reopening after covid, and new mattresses were being installed in rooms next door while we were there. The rooms are old and dated, but they're bigger than most and comfortable, with flat screen TVs. There's no Aircon, but it isn't needed.
