They refused to honor the breakfast that was clearly included in our booking. We showed the official confirmation and proof of payment, but the staff still treated it as our mistake and wouldn’t help. The management seemed dishonest and completely unprofessional. They lie to guests and take no responsibility. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed not to care about guests. My booking clearly included breakfast, but on arrival they said it didn’t. I showed them the details and they still refused to do anything. I left feeling cheated and disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

When I asked what “breakfast included” meant, they said no, only pho was offered, though no website had mentioned that. From my first contact, the staff were unpleasant. There was no warm greeting or smile for me, but they were very friendly to the Vietnamese guests they spoke with during my check-in. I’m not ostentatious, just appreciate basic courtesy. Instead I felt looked down on and scolded. Disappointing.

The room was adequate and seemed somewhat clean, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. We booked through Agoda, and it wasn’t in the centre of Lang Son as described. At check-in, the receptionist spoke down to my wife and was quite rude and unhelpful. Other reviews mention foreigners not seeming welcome, and I got that impression too.

Beautiful amenities and a great venue for events. Highly recommend it!
