The terrace has a great view and music, and the river and China look beautiful from there. If they served some alcohol, it would make the experience fabulous.

I was disappointed by my stay at Soca Hotel. The room had no fridge, the TV was tiny, and the bathroom was extremely cramped. I also found cockroaches in the room, which was unsettling. The staff seemed inattentive. I saw someone sneeze in the kitchen without proper hygiene practices, which made me worry about cleanliness and food safety. Most seriously, none of the room doors had working locks. I was told it was a known issue and management had deliberately disabled them. That felt like a major safety risk and a serious breach of trust. If privacy or safety matters to you, I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
