We had the worst stay of our three weeks in Vietnam here. There was a party in the lobby until 1 a.m., then loud music, shouting, screaming, and running started again at 5 a.m., so forget getting a proper night's sleep. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and the air conditioner didn't work. Staff were rude, and they even tried to charge us for water that was supposed to be complimentary. For what they charge, you can find somewhere much better in town.

The air conditioner was broken, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Noise was another problem: a lobby party went on until midnight, banging continued for an hour after that, and loud music started blaring at 5 a.m. The bed was rock hard, even by Vietnam standards, though the room was kind of clean. It was 200k. Avoid it if you can, and FYI, the water isn't free.

The room was okay and the WiFi was strong. Staff don't speak English, but do you speak Vietnamese? It was 200k.

It was quiet while I was there, at least. The room was clean, the family were friendly and helpful, and the bed was quite hard 😄.
