Plum Village Moc Chau

Plum Village is beautiful and well placed, close to the main street but far enough away to stay quiet. We had a fantastic one-night visit. The room was spacious, clean, and very nice, and the firm bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the service was friendly and efficient. I’d love to come back.

The room and grounds are in great shape, with a nice garden and lovely bungalows, and the staff are kind and efficient. But the hotel feels like a contradiction: there’s no bar or living room, and breakfast is poor, so the price seems high for what’s provided. One evening during my stay, all the other guests were included in a big party, but I wasn’t. The music was loud even with the doors and windows closed, and people were shouting until about 10:30 pm. Management should either have limited that night’s guests to the party group and made the hotel private, or warned the other guests ahead of time that a party was happening and would finish by 10pm. They could also have offered us a chance to join. None of that was done.

Mrs. Hoai was incredibly kind and helpful, even helping us get the BBQ set up. The service was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay: the room was spotless and nicely decorated, the location was perfect, and the mountain view was a lovely bonus. I’d definitely come back.

The host took great care of us, offering transport recommendations, pointing us to nice local restaurants, and sharing ideas for things to do nearby. They were especially caring with the children, and our family felt very welcome. Plum Village Mộc Châu has a warm, cozy feel, surrounded by plum trees and greenery that make it peaceful and relaxing. It’s quiet but still centrally located and convenient for visiting Mộc Châu’s attractions.
