It’s cheap and relatively clean, with hot water. Some rooms have two-way air conditioning for cooling and heating, which could matter on cold nights. Beyond that, there’s nothing special about the place. The staff are rude and unmotivated.

The owner helped us change our plans for free after we’d booked early. We paid an extra 100k VND because five of us stayed in a four-person room. They even helped pack the belongings we’d left behind and sent them back to Hanoi. So kind! I’ll definitely come back if I visit Moc Chau again. 10/10, but...

Maybe I was just unlucky, but the room I booked wasn’t even up to basic hygiene standards when I arrived. There was loose hair and dust all over the bed, and the white sheets and pillows had lots of stains and dirt marks 🥲🥲🥲

There were lots of mosquitoes, and the guesthouse was missing many amenities.
