I’m sitting somewhere in Saigon having a cafe muoi right now, and I can barely concentrate. The past week has been such a blur that I can hardly remember what I did, including my visit here just a week ago. I felt pretty chill at this hotel Tru too. My room was basic, clean and pretty up to date. I still have the photos. I liked the staff a lot, though I can’t remember everyone’s names. I think the front desk manager was lovely Miss Thuy. There was an awesome girl named Hien, and another girl whose name I can’t recall. She was so beautiful. Was it Duong? Such a gentle heart. The guy who got me a motorcycle was very helpful, professional and smart. Everyone treated me right, and I’m happy I came. Nam Dinh was extra awesome too, with beautiful churches everywhere and what I think is the best pho in the world.

The hotel is nicely designed, the staff are attentive, and the food is great. It’s right in the city center, but the busy streets around it are loud. Even from my room on the 10th floor, I could still hear horns.

There were too many people, the food didn’t all get served, and just one or two staff were trying to handle everything. A really bad experience at this so-called international hotel.

The view over Nam Dinh was awesome, and the stay was very comfortable. The young team were friendly, flexible and helpful. The self-service laundry was especially practical. The location is well placed within the city, and I’d recommend it for either a short or a long stay.

The staff had an excellent attitude and the service quality was the best. Good food and drinks too. Hope to come back soon.
