At 10:30 pm the hotel shuts, and guests are told to head out before closing rather than stay late. The reception staff were very rude. When I left late today, the person opening the door spoke rudely and insulted me. I won't come back.

After booking and paying, I got worried by a one-star review and went to check the hotel early. It was completely closed, and nobody answered my calls. Agoda let me cancel for free, luckily. Otherwise, I'm sure I'd have been scammed :))
