MiHu Panorama NHATRANG

The room smelled strongly of sewer, to the point where I couldn't stand it. It was old and moldy. No one helped with luggage, and there was no luggage cart. The elevator was also complicated to use. Not recommended. In reply to the owner: It seems like you answer every bad review by saying we've got the wrong location. Do you have a luggage cart? When I asked at the front desk, they said they didn't because the OWNER of the room didn't have one, which isn't right. Can you track every customer and their family? Check-in was chaotic. This isn't a hotel, it feels like a timeshare room and isn't worth it. They require a 200000 VND deposit for the room key, which I find ridiculous. Is that right? It'd be better to improve things instead of calling customers liars. I also included a picture of the booking below. It is RIS.

The location is amazing, right in the city center and by the beach, with other attractions nearby. Still, the city center isn't where I'd look for good food in Nha Trang. Parking was a frustrating experience. Staff there were unhelpful, and the service from one parking attendant was the worst I've seen. With bikes and cars lined up behind, he took 10 minutes to explain to a foreigner that overnight parking cost 25k. Not everyone speaks English well, but at a beach hotel in a travel city, communication shouldn't be that difficult. One loose brake could cause injuries. The facilities are a little outdated, though at this price I didn't expect much. The elevator took a long time to arrive, which I suppose is expected in a condotel.

We had a suite on the ocean side of the 31st floor, and the view was outstanding. The hotel is across from the beach and handy to restaurants and other amenities. If you plan to cook or bring takeout back to eat in, check what kitchen items are included first. Our suite had very little kitchenware.

The customer service was by far the worst I've experienced in Vietnam. Check-in took 15 minutes, then they demanded cash for the full stay without having warned me beforehand. I was there for five days, but the room wasn't cleaned at all. They say cleaning is every three days and bedsheets are changed weekly, though at least I got clean towels daily. When the AC broke, they expected me to wait until the next morning. I asked to borrow a fan or another AC unit for the night, but they couldn't provide one. The following day it was fixed in 10 minutes with just a flashlight and screwdriver, no parts or other tools. There's much better customer service elsewhere, so please believe me.
