The only good thing I can say is that the staff spoke decent English and were generally polite. The room I was first shown had ants in the bed, stained sheets, and barely working air conditioning. They offered another room, but its sheets also looked used, which didn’t give me any confidence about cleanliness. After more than an hour of arguing and insisting, they agreed to refund me, while still implying it might not be their fault, or somehow mine, even though I hadn’t slept there. I had to urgently book somewhere else for the night. They said they’d refund me only if I left a five-star review, which felt very dishonest and misleading to future guests. I can’t recommend this hotel because of the cleanliness and the way they handled the situation.

Clean room, nice lady owner, and a great budget stay. It’s very close to the beach and shopping.

The room smelled horrible, with mold all over it. We wanted to leave and get our money back, but they refused and only offered to move us to another room. It was so disgusting that we couldn’t stay.

We were very happy with the clean room and great location. The reception staff were friendly. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for the service.

A horrible hostel, don’t go there under any circumstances. The rooms are in disgusting condition, the server is missing, and the linen isn’t changed. There’s nobody at reception. A nightmare 😱.
