We paid 480k a night for an apartment, and they let us keep our bicycles in the underground basement. The room was very modern, with a spectacular view and an excellent location. The one surprise was that there was no hot water, especially given the price and the room's standard.
10/10
The rooms are spacious, bright, airy, and clean, with new furnishings and facilities. Since the building sits back from the street, it was quieter than most places nearby. It's a short walk to the seaside, with plenty of spots to eat or pick up food. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I found Bao Son place while out walking rather than through booking; it's new, though some parts were still unfinished. They also let me stay past checkout because my flight was late in the evening. Would I recommend it? Yes! David

We stayed for a month. There were one or two things, of course, but it was very clean overall and the staff were friendly. Recommended :)

A lovely, beautiful place to live, nice and clean, with good staff. The owner was polite and friendly too. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a clean environment.

Comfortable room, good service, and a new hotel.
