I booked the Phi Long through agoda, but when I arrived, it didn't look like the photos. The woman at reception tried to convince me it was the right place, and I took the room. The sheets had sperm on them, and the room itself was disgustingly dirty. After a heated argument, I got my money back and left. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

The pictures were misleading. We paid for a room with a window but got one without, and I'd stayed in nicer rooms for less money. There were ants. The location was good and it was quiet.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The window screens are immensely large, which was so nice. Cool hotel in the backpack area.

It's trash.

I booked and paid, but when I got there they said no rooms were available. There was no elevator, the air conditioning didn't work, and the room had bedbugs. I'm never coming back.
