Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang Hotel

Paul and I loved our stay and really appreciate how the staff cared for me after my traumatic day in hospital. The hotel was lovely, and everyone was fantastic. Khanh & Khao, Hiem, who was heavily pregnant, I hope you’ve had your baby by now, the two duty managers, the two reception girls, evening duty manager Trang, and Phong at Sky32 Bar all made a real difference with their kindness and thoughtfulness. Thank you again, Trang, for the lovely fruit platter, and Phong for the special drinks you made me each morning. I’ve also recommended the hotel in a TripAdvisor review as a great place to stay. I’ve updated my review after seeing how the hotel responded to a serious issue during my stay. The incident itself was distressing, but I was impressed by the way the management team, especially Mr. Tien, handled what followed. They accepted responsibility without making excuses, showed real concern for my well-being, and made sincere, repeated efforts to apologize. Their professional resolution made me feel respected as a guest. I appreciate that the hotel takes feedback seriously and is committed to improving its standards. They turned a negative experience into a positive one.

The ocean view from our suite was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable that my partner, who is a very light sleeper, said it was the best sleep he’d had. The hot water and water pressure were good, and we could connect our phones to the TV. We love relaxing on a comfy bed and watching our favorite show at night, so the room suited us perfectly. We travel a lot for work and stayed two nights, and the service was among the best we’ve experienced. Lihn took great care of us during our stay at Best Western. Breakfast was different each day, with pho, porridge, and a banhmi station every morning alongside other food. We also tried the afternoon tea service, which included fruit and tea. We’d definitely stay here again. The amenities and beds were great too.

I felt really well looked after as a platinum customer, and the service was great. Our room was lovely and spacious, and we really enjoyed staying there. Breakfast had loads to choose from. I’d only change the music, which could be quieter and more relaxing.
