Cozrum Homes - Summer's House

The ordeal cost nearly 4.5 hours and left us dealing with security problems and poor customer service. I strongly advise against Cozrum properties in Ho Chi Minh City. I booked a studio at Cozrum’s Ngo Gia Tu Street location for my wife, who needed a kitchen and microwave near a medical facility for a post-surgery checkup. The lock didn't work at all, so anyone could enter from outside. There was no elevator, a serious problem for her mobility needs. We called customer service and waited 1.5 hours for a repairman, who couldn't fix the lock. They offered another unit at their Summer House location, 1.5 km away. Moving took another 45 minutes for packing and a taxi ride. The new unit had an elevator and a working lock at first, but was 30% smaller than the original. Within an hour I found the smart lock was faulty and any fingerprint could unlock it. When I reported this, the hotline agent dismissed the concern, saying fingerprint access wasn't commonly used, which didn't reassure us. After repeated calls, the same repairman arrived two hours later and spent another 15 minutes fixing it with technical support. With proper guidance, we could have handled it ourselves. During my wife's three-night stay, we found black mold in the fridge and bathroom. I moved her to another hotel. We'd booked 14 nights but left after three, and it's still unclear whether we'll get a refund for the unused nights. Poor maintenance, security issues, and inadequate customer service make me strongly recommend avoiding all Cozrum properties in Ho Chi Minh City.
