The only problem came at checkout, when the power went out. The woman apologized sincerely for the inconvenience. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, the room was well equipped, and the clean, comfortable bed came with a nice balcony view. The towels were high quality too.

I'll recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again on my next visit. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and they refreshed the towels daily and kept us supplied with water.

The cleaner was a huge help during my 11 nights here. Every day she came while I was out getting food, and she would take my dirty clothes to wash and dry them without me even asking, then leave them outside my door the next morning. I really appreciated it, and wanted to tip her, but I left for the airport before I could see her, so here's my review instead. I worked remotely and would happily return for work. Wi-Fi only cut out very sporadically, maybe once a day for 15-30 seconds, so it was still fine for working. The desk chair was too weak, and the other chair was too big for me to fit my knees under the desk. I also sometimes heard music from the club across the road. It was at reasonable hours, but I went to bed early for work. For a trip focused on travel, those little issues wouldn't matter. The location is a five for me because it sits nicely in district 7, with everything I needed nearby and a lovely area to explore. Just be aware it's about a half-hour Grab to the busy areas, and longer in peak traffic. My top-floor room was cozy, with a big balcony. It wasn't high enough for much of a view, but I still enjoyed watching the sunrise. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the curtains blocked all the light. The shower and bum gun had enough pressure and heat, and the big soft towels were changed daily. Reception staff were helpful, and there was a good little selection of cheap drinks in the lobby fridge. Great value, and I'd definitely come back.

For the price, this hotel has a lot going for it: a comfortable bed, a clean and cozy room, and a big TV. The receptionist and cleaner were both friendly and polite. The location was good too. I highly recommend it.
