Thanh Tuyen Hotel by Bay Luxury

The photos I took show how different the room looked from the pictures online. It was badly run down, and walking in made me feel sick. The sheets were clearly unchanged, the blankets and pillows seemed unwashed, and there was lots of hair left on the bed from the previous guest. Ants were on the dirty sheets. Even the ashtray put me off smoking. The toilet was awful too: the bowl hadn't been wiped dry, and the water felt sticky. Look at the photos and you'll understand. Don't stay here.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and Aeon Mall is only a few steps away, which makes the location really convenient. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable. I'll be back often.

I booked through the momo app for 220k/1 night. The room was small and looked old, with a broken window that wouldn't latch and a gap under the door. The air conditioner looked fairly new, but the room had a bit of a smell. Just okay, everyone.

The location near Aeon Mall and all the restaurants is handy. Our room was clean, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. I'll keep supporting this hotel. Thank you.
