Collection O Bonita Grand Hotel

I've stayed here twice, and both visits were disappointing. On the first, one night stay, the bathtub had no hot water, and the hotel's system didn't match my Agoda booking. The front desk asked me to pay an extra USD 17. During my second stay, which lasted 3 nights, the bathtub faucet was broken the whole time. I reported it every day, but nobody fixed it, and the hotel wouldn't move me to another room. I was even told that “every room’s bathtub faucet is broken,” which is hard to believe and completely unacceptable. The USD 17 overcharge should be refunded, and the booking system needs to match third-party platforms. Until the hotel sorts out the hot water, broken fixtures, and poor communication, I can't recommend it.
