Collection O Cozy 5 Hotel - Near SECC

Do not stay here. We booked through booking.com and were given a room that was very different from the one we reserved. Wallpaper was peeling off three walls, the bathroom was filthy, there was a paint stain on the floor, and worst of all, there was what looked like a hidden camera in the ceiling. They filmed us changing, in the bathroom, and in bed. I was lucky to be with a friend, so they didn’t capture a private moment, but they still have naked footage of me. They tried to deny it, but it clearly looked like a hidden camera. They offered to have Secruity remove the hidden sheet while we were there, but we felt threatened and worried they might hurt us after finding it. They then agreed security would take down the ceiling and record it to prove it wasn’t a camera, and WhatsApp me the video so I’d be out of harm’s way. No video was sent, and they haven’t replied to messages on booking.com. We left two days early because of the awful room, which was nothing like the one we booked, and didn’t get a refund. We have a recording of the manager saying we would receive one and agreeing we hadn’t been given the room we booked. The first three photos show what I booked, followed by the room we got and the camera. Never stay here. This place needs shutting down, and the people recording others need to go to prison.

The room was really dirty, and there’s construction happening right next to the hotel. It’s not worth the money. Stay away.

I had a five-day stay with cozi 5 and enjoyed it. The room was comfortable, and the location was quiet, with friendly staff. Local and Korean restaurants are nearby, and it’s a 3-5 minute walk to Circle K, Highlands coffee, and phuc long coffee. The airport is a 30-minute drive away. They also have hourly rates. I’d highly recommend staying here :)

The reception was so welcoming, and the staff were lovely and smiley. I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
