Blue Ocean Hotel Apartment

For what I paid, the room was missing too many basics: toilet paper, towels, bottled water and a working refrigerator. The landline phone didn’t work either. I tried both phone numbers to reach the front desk for toilet paper and towels, but nobody picked up, and my Zalo messages got no reply. Wi-Fi was so bad it was basically unusable. The soundproofing was poor too, I could clearly hear the family next door talking. The room lacked many of the same essentials throughout my stay, including toilet paper, towels and bottled water.

We rented a room for a month at a very affordable rate, and the mountain views are gorgeous. It’s a cozy, clean and tidy hotel with modern furniture, and the hostess is friendly. The rooms are non-smoking, which I’ve seen plenty of times even at expensive hotels. Even the smart TV and refrigerator were clean. I can’t understand the low rating when I’ve stayed in much worse places with higher ones. You can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!

It’s close to the beach, the prices are reasonable, and the owner is really friendly. I’d visit again if I get the chance, and others should check it out too.

The housekeeper swore at guests as if they were children. The receptionist was angrily reprimanded for being rude and showing a mocking, disrespectful attitude toward guests. It wasn’t worth the money, or even one star.
