The Concept Hotel HCMC - City Center

The hotel’s halls were dirty, the carpets looked like they’d never been cleaned, and the elevator was dingy and smelled bad. Most of the towels looked worn out too. I’d booked two rooms for four nights for my family and me. After booking, I called to ask about adding a room for my uncle, but the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I asked her to email the information because I don’t use Zalo, and she said she was too busy and had too many emails to deal with. I booked the extra room on Agoda myself since my uncle wanted to stay with us. If I hadn’t already paid a deposit for our rooms, I definitely wouldn’t have stayed after that call. We asked for the room to be cleaned while we were out in the morning, but it wasn’t done until 4 p.m., when we were back, so we had to move between each other’s rooms. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or come back.

It was quiet and easy to relax after a long day. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the room felt like a home away from home. Everything was well maintained, especially the bathroom. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was cozy, and the linens smelled fresh. Thanks to Tam and Jimmy for helping me!

Getting around to tourist spots meant using Grab, but there were good spas, nail places and other leisure activities nearby. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were great, and I felt safe. The gym and laundry were easy to access. Staff were always around and helpful, especially Vi, who could assist in both English and Vietnamese. When a friend urgently needed a place for New Year’s night, the hotel trusted him to pay at the property and held the room for the whole day until he checked in that evening.

I’ve been happy with every stay at The Concept Hotel. It’s in the city center, so getting around is convenient, and the rooms are modern, new and clean, with excellent amenities. Everyone is friendly and supportive, from security to reception. Vi and Kieu deserve a special mention.
