The design and location are beautiful, and the view is hard to beat, but my experience went downhill after the room upgrade. I booked online and was asked to cancel that booking and pay cash, which wasn't too bad by itself. I was then upgraded to a spectacular sea-view room. But the pool on the 6th floor was freezing. I used it as a cold plunge in the mornings, so I didn't mind too much. The room information said breakfast was complimentary with an executive room, but at breakfast I was told it wasn't included and had to pay 200k dong. Spa and other amenities cost extra too. It's a lovely hotel if you're ready to spend beyond the room price. It feels like a management choice, rather than just a problem with the hotel itself. Having to cancel bookings to avoid management paying booking.com commission, then pay extra for things that seemed included, gave the place a shady feeling. I felt like I had to pay for every breath. I'll enjoy the rest of my time here, but won't return because of that feeling. It's a shame, and I hope they fix it. The place could go downhill quickly if profit comes before the quality they provide.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. Housekeeping is shameful. The bedsheets were torn, faded, and marked with yellow, rust-colored, or blood-like stains. The towels were old and faded too, and the soap bottle pumps were broken. The hair dryer had exposed wires. I asked for a safe replacement, but they brought one with exposed wires again and didn't understand what was wrong. The plastic shower curtain was dirty and moldy, and nobody cleaned it after I pointed it out. The room door had a large crack. There was a small kitchen but no dish soap, kitchen towel, or paper towels. I used a small washed towel to wipe the counter, it got fruit juice on it, and they made a big deal of it, sent me a photo, and said I'd have to pay. When I asked why they didn't provide kitchen towels, they told me to buy them somewhere in town. Ridiculous. Photos are attached. At the rooftop pool there were no umbrellas, and some of the sunbeds were dirty or torn. Staff seemed to care only about selling pool tickets, even when there weren't any spaces available, and they weren't friendly. Only two of the ten elevators were working at once, so getting to and from the 28th floor was a constant challenge. Sometimes the button for floor 28 didn't work, and we had to go to a higher or lower floor and use the stairs. There was no internet in the room for the first three days. I stopped by reception each day, and finally someone came to fix it. I'm frustrated that Expedia promotes this hotel. It was completely disappointing, I don't recommend it, and I won't stay again.

The room smelled of weed as soon as we entered, and the bedsheets were stained. We booked on booking with a credit card, but on arrival they asked for an extra 5% or cash, so we paid the extra 5%. We also paid more for a sea view, but from where you sit and sleep, all you see is other hotels. You have to stand on the opposite side to see the sea. It was noisy too. We were on the 7th floor and could easily hear music from nearby. The TV had no sound, and there was mold in the bathroom. On booking.com they use a different name, and they want to keep people from seeing the real views from google. This is an apartment, not a hotel. Never staying again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The place is called Aqualune Residence Beachfront, and although it's right in the center, it's crowded and noisy. The reception area is noisy and packed as well, and the elevator is especially slow. The owner rarely replies to messages and doesn't do anything. I booked through Booking.com, which I regret. I'd rather pay extra for another hotel with good service and a convenient location. I definitely won't return to these apartments. The negative reviews are real, not exaggerated.

This place feels like a scam. I booked online, but they said they had no reservation and told me to sit down and book through their website. Before I could do that, someone came over to sell me a resident apartment for way more than I'd booked online, and the room wasn't worth the price. The elevators were always overcrowded. We waited 10 minutes, then one arrived packed, so we waited another 10 minutes. It was the worst hotel, but everything was booked, so there wasn't much we could do. I won't be back to scam city. If you're in town, find somewhere outside the center. Thank me later.
