Coast House Boutique Hotel

We stayed in a spacious apartment-style unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having a kitchen and washing machine meant we could do laundry right in the unit. It was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the rooftop on the 8th floor had a great view. The hotel offers excellent value at very affordable prices, especially for longer stays or families. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and happy to chat. They spoke good English and helped with anything we needed. When we asked for lunch and dinner suggestions, including somewhere to go out one night, they gave us good options. That made the stay feel relaxed and easy. The hotel is on a quiet street, about a five-minute walk from several restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The public beach is around ten minutes away on foot. It’s clean, comfortable, well located, and reasonably priced. We’d happily come back. Thanks again for a comfortable stay, see you soon. The service and atmosphere were very good. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, and the room was comfortable. I had no complaints about the living area's cleanliness or the amenities. But the bathroom was a serious problem: there was a significant amount of black mold in the shower, especially on the silicone sealant and in the corners, as shown in the attached photos. Mold is a hygiene and health concern, and I don’t think it should be present in a hotel of this level. The bathroom needs a deep clean and the sealant needs replacing. I’m mentioning it because I truly liked the service, but the wet areas need urgent maintenance. This was the only thing that kept me from giving a full 5-star rating.

The price was unbeatable: we paid 28 SGD a night for a family room with two double beds for four people. It had basic amenities, including a clean bed and hot shower, plus a nice rooftop garden with a communal kitchen and fridge. The staff spoke very good English, though I wish they’d been friendlier. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with cheap eateries nearby. It’s two minutes from the beach, which isn’t the main beach with beach clubs, but it’s quieter and cleaner. We’d asked for a room with big windows but got a tiny one. I’d probably choose one of their double rooms or maisonettes instead. Getting into the city costs extra, as you’ll need to take Grab or Xanh sm.

The family who owns the hotel has become like my second family. I’m really looking forward to visiting you again. They offer everything you need during your time in Nha Trang. Best hotel here, absolutely the best.
