The room was comfortable, and it was always spotless. The hotel is centrally located, too. What really stood out, though, were the two lovely, helpful, knowledgeable women at the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back if we're in Nha Trang again.

The rooms were really nice for such a low price, and the staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. The hotel sits in a quiet back alley right in the city center, with restaurants, massage places and everything else just 20 meters away. A perfect Nha Trang spot for me. I'd come back without hesitation.

CR Hotel came through after our original hotel double-booked our rooms. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and found a way to fit us in even though they were nearly full. We had very nice rooms and comfortable beds, and I was really happy with the stay. I'd avoid New Sky Hotel, which was super unprofessional.

We arrived on a night bus and reached the hotel at 6 a.m. Even though check-in normally starts at 2 p.m., they let us into our room by 7. The hotel is in the city center, clean, and has excellent service. The plumbing was new and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a refrigerator, and the drinks were inexpensive. We chose a room without a window, which is common in Vietnam. There are lots of good cafes nearby, including Restaurant Nguyen Dat.

Small rooms, but clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Good value for the price. It's right in central Nha Trang, tucked into a quiet little alley off the main street.
