Crown Hotel Nha Trang

The ocean view was the best part of my stay. I could hear the waves in the morning and watch the sunset from my balcony. My room was clean, cozy, and set up to enjoy the scenery. From the moment I arrived, the warm, friendly staff made me feel at home. The service stayed excellent throughout, with everyone going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed.

The room had potential, especially one we stayed in with a fantastic view across to the water. But we tried nearly ten rooms, and the AC had the same problem each time: it barely blew, took far too long to cool things down, and needed a fan to move the air around. The bathrooms' frosted window film also seemed to block the view from inside better than it blocked people seeing in, so privacy wasn't great.

The breakfast was okay, but didn't quite match how it was advertised, and the view wasn't as good as the photos. Still, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and let us check in quite early. The hotel is right on the beach, which is a big plus, with a really nice rooftop pool. It's a great location if you want somewhere quieter and a little outside the city center.

From my room on the 16th floor, the view was wonderful, nearly 360 degrees. I liked being close to the sea, the beach and a beautiful park path. It was a convincing way to reach Nha Trang's most illuminated spots, in Vietnam's most fashionable resort.
