Everything was new, and the staff were friendly. I'd rate the location 4, cleanliness 5, food 3, sea view 5 and service 5. Really missed having a pool.

A very nice, cozy hotel.
The location worked really well for a long stay. The sea is an easy five-minute walk away, with plenty of cafes, grocery shops, and produce markets nearby, so getting around without a motorbike was comfortable. I stayed from October through April, mainly because I wanted a sea view and got a fifth-floor room. The sunrises were lovely for the first few months, but construction of a new hotel gradually blocked about half the view. Now the sea is mostly visible through a gap, which is disappointing, though I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The room was thoughtfully set up with new furniture, a fridge, stove, and dishes, so I could cook. When anything broke, the administrator was reachable and sorted it out within a couple of hours. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and safety, and the regular cleaning. For a winter stay, having unrestricted daily use of the washing machines on the top floor was a huge help. The elevator did break down once or twice a month. Staff always let me know ahead of time. Walking up to the fifth floor was manageable, but awkward with heavy bags. If you're fine with the occasional elevator trouble and the reduced sea view, this is a comfortable long-stay option for fall, winter, or spring, with a good price for the quality and location. Big thanks to the staff for being so responsive.
The building looks new, clean, and tidy. I came here for a manicure, but it seemed like the hotel might not be open because everything was closed.
My long-term rental turned into a very unpleasant experience. The room was small, with one air conditioner and not many appliances, yet the electricity bill came to 2,500,000, which is a lot. The advertised rent looked reasonable, but then the extra charges started piling up and made the total expensive. The contract says electricity costs 5,000 per kilowatt and that they charge by the meter. When payment day came, though, they said it was worked out with a special formula that included electricity use across the whole building. I'll attach a photo of the calculation, but it doesn't explain why the air conditioner costs so much to run. Be sure to ask how the bills and calculations work so you don't get cheated. They drew me in with a good price and then raised the electricity cost.
