The towels and linens made the room feel far from clean. The foot towel was filthy, the other towels looked heavily worn, and the bed linen was dirty. When we asked for fresh sheets, we were told that would have to wait until the next day. After we said we were leaving and canceling, the receptionist changed them himself, then smiled and tried to say they weren’t dirty. They looked just the same. We turned down that room and were shown another they called “perfect,” but it smelled awful and had the same disgusting linens and towels, as shown in the photo. We were taken to several more rooms and kept asking for a refund. We’d arrived tired and carrying huge bags, hoping to check in and relax in a cozy, clean room. We expected the cleanliness promised on the website and were disappointed. It’s a budget hotel, sure, but that doesn’t make dust, dirty sheets, and chewed-up towels okay.
