There was a small mix-up through the app at first. The Duty Manager responded very well, and the staff were professional, so I had a comfortable stay. I was also very satisfied with the room and breakfast. I’ll be back next month and can confidently recommend the hotel.

The laundry service wasn’t fully set up yet, but Michael personally arranged to have ours washed off property. That was a huge help, and I really appreciated it. Mr. Dang and the whole front office team were welcoming and attentive, while housekeeping kept our room spotless and comfortable. The restaurant staff were friendly and professional too. My wife and I had a wonderful three-day stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Even though the hotel is new, the service was outstanding from beginning to end. We felt genuinely cared for, and the team made the stay memorable. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality.

At night it was super quiet, though the beach was still easy to reach during the day. I liked the city view, and the newer hotel’s modern fixtures were in good condition. I also appreciated having plenty of USB ports in the wall instead of needing to connect a whole plug. The staff were attentive, friendly, and caring. One small taxi tip: say Four Points specifically, not Sheraton, or the driver might take you to the other one a couple hundred metres away. Oops, haha.

The yogurt and fruit at breakfast were a highlight, with lots of house-made yogurt varieties and fruit compote. The salad and fresh fruit tasted notably fresh. Bread was pretty average, and the egg station was fine but nothing special. Coffee and drinks were surprisingly good, well above what I expected, and they even served Vietnamese specialties like cà phê sữa đá. Our room was clean when we arrived, and daily housekeeping was consistently tidy. It had a simple, modern look, a city view with distant mountains, and a pretty skyline at night. I slept well every night. The value for the price was hard to beat, and within the brand I’d put it at the top. As an elite member, I received a welcome letter from the GM and a fruit plate. Staff checked in a couple of times about our stay, and it felt genuine. The beach was a five-minute walk; Po Nagar Cham Towers, Long Son Pagoda, and other main spots were under 10 minutes away by Grab. Chat and phone replies were fast and accurate, with no need to follow up twice. I brought a portable water filter just in case, but didn’t need it. The water seemed surprisingly clean. Housekeeping missed our room once during our six-night stay, and it took about an hour to sort out. The gym also had no towels or sanitizing wipes, which seemed like a basic oversight.
