Awful. I went to the toilets three times and they smelled bad every time. The rooms reeked of mold, and the wardrobes looked like old storage units that had been reused. The air conditioner seemed to be from the 90s. It was set to 16 degrees, but the room still felt like a desert. Just terrible.

The hotel is an easy walk from the beach. I got a room without a window, but the interior had been renovated and looked nice. I ordered shellfish and carp for delivery to the hotel. It cost 1,000k, which is expensive for the area, plus a 150k delivery fee, and took about an hour. The delivery person seemed unmotivated. Ordering shellfish and carp for delivery often requires sending an SMS. Some companies take orders through sites like Zalo, but there aren’t many options. I regret not buying a SIM card with SMS at the airport. The shellfish looked clearly farmed, probably around four years old, with signs of spawning. They were firm and didn’t have unnecessary fat for four-year-old shellfish, but their flesh was very tough, apparently swollen from farming. I wonder whether they feel any pain when so much seawater is forced into them. There was no sign of decay, but I thought the shellfish were very poor quality for 1000k. The 700k shellfish I had delivered from another nearby hotel were better. Paying 1000k doesn’t guarantee high-quality wild shellfish, and you might still get shellfish that has been farmed for a long time. Next time I order shellfish for delivery, I’ll eat it outside.
