The staff were helpful and friendly, and the pool was good, though the sunbed cushions were a bit gross. We had a sea-view room, but when it was windy the balcony door seals let noise in. The gym was completely unusable. It was one of my main reasons for booking here, so I had to go somewhere else. I found a good gym 15 minutes away on foot for 50,000 vnd.

After more than a week here with everything fine, I asked reception for a bottle of water today and they refused, saying they give me one every day. That wasn't true. I was busy heading out and asked because of that. It was the worst experience I've ever had during a hotel stay anywhere.

The photos on Booking seem to be the same ones, but maybe ten years old, because the hotel is outdated now. The gym doesn't work at all except for the dumbbells. Breakfast was OK, though there weren't many choices.
