The pickup from the airport was seamless, with the shuttle driver waiting when we landed. At the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, pointing out nearby sites and suggesting places to eat. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast the next morning was tasty. I'd definitely recommend Hanoi glance.

The Old Town location made it easy to walk everywhere, and breakfast was incredible. Our gorgeous room had all the extras that made the stay feel luxurious and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and informative without pushing excursions on us. I'd absolutely stay here again on another trip to Hanoi.

I booked four rooms for my family for a four-night stay. They surprised us by upgrading two rooms, one to a junior suite and the other to a deluxe room. The service was excellent, and they also brought a birthday cake for my niece. Thanks to Helen and all the staff for taking such good care of us.

The breakfast was delicious, my room was amazing, and the location was perfect. The staff were so kind and helpful. I'm coming back in a few days, and I'd happily stay here whenever I return to Hanoi.

The staff were really nice and friendly. Our room was next to a very noisy one, though, and the noise kept my mom awake all night. The area is extremely busy with motorists and can feel a little dangerous, but it still felt quite safe at night.
