Grand Gosia Hotel

We felt safe leaving our motorbikes in the underground parking, and the beach towels and umbrellas were a welcome extra. The staff were warm and accommodating, and our room was cleaned well every day. The hotel sits on a nice stretch of beachfront with amazing views, close to the center but a little tucked away. Breakfast had Asian and European options, good coffee, plenty of fruit, and an egg station. The spa was good and affordable, and there was a mid-floor pool plus a cocktail bar with good drinks. We'd recommend it and plan to return.

Housekeeping really impressed me. My room was always spotless, neatly set up, and had everything I needed, so I felt comfortable and well looked after. It's a lovely beachfront hotel right on Tran Phu Street, which made it easy to get around. VinWonders was about 15 minutes away by motorcycle, and the Institute of Oceanography took around 10 minutes.

The restaurant staff were kind, and the young female receptionist was the only one who seemed both friendly and professional. The hotel itself is new and clean, but both nights brought problems. On the first night, my 17th-floor room had a full sea view, but loud music and noise from the beach across the way continued until midnight. It started again at 5 am, so I couldn't sleep properly. The second night, I was put on the 20th floor in a city-view room. Water had leaked from the ceiling, leaving the floor wet. A male receptionist came to photograph the ceiling and said they'd move me, but I waited 20 minutes before a doorman came to check it again. He eventually let me change rooms, while rudely rushing us to return the key card. I don't understand why nobody apologized for the leak. I'd already paid for two rooms, yet they made me wait to sort out their problem. The other receptionists and doormen seemed busy and unwilling to help.

Hoai An at reception made the stay especially pleasant. She was consistently kind, professional, and ready to help with every request. Her warm smile and attentiveness made me feel welcome, and she really showed what good customer service looks like.
