I’ve rented here for years. The owners have always been caring and helpful, and they feel like family. Highly recommended.

The owners are friendly and helpful, and the place is quiet, with views of both the ocean and mountains. It’s about a five-minute trip to the ocean, or a 15-minute walk to a beach where you can swim. Long-term stays are very cheap. During Covid-19, it was $200 a month.

If you’d rather stay somewhere quieter than busy Nha Trang Center, this is a good choice. The studio is large and clean, and the people working there are very friendly. Long stays are especially cheap.

I enjoyed staying in this very local place, and the owner was friendly. The building seems to be mostly occupied by locals, and since it’s newly built, the facilities are state-of-the-art. The location was the drawback for me. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, and a taxi to downtown costs about 1.1 million VND.

Quiet and calm, with welcoming hosts. The hotel’s a little old, but it feels warm.
