The owner got angry at us while we had the car on a stand to load our things, worried we might scratch the tiled floor. Then there was an argument when we checked out. Terrible service.

We paid 350k VND a night for a room with two beds, which seemed fair for the location and room quality. The blankets were warm and the mattresses comfortable, and the guesthouse was clean. Mornings can be a little noisy when people are checking out.

A single room costs 200k VND. The guesthouse is basic, but neat and clean inside, and fairly close to the city center. It has Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, hot and cold water, and an elevator. No refrigerator, though.
