The pool on the 30th floor was a highlight. It's huge, the space around it is beautifully designed, and the panoramic views from up there are stunning. Everything at this completely new hotel feels fresh, modern, and very well cared for. The rooms are elegant and stylish, with lovely balconies looking out over the city and sea, and they were comfortable too. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots of options for different tastes. I highly recommend it if you're after a modern, stylish stay that feels memorable.

Both rooms we stayed in, one south facing and one beach facing, had amazing coastline views. They were brand new, beautifully designed, and spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Linh and Hang, though everyone was great. Management also listened carefully to our constructive feedback about a few minor, fixable room issues. I highly recommend this hotel.

The club was a real pleasure, with friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast there was adequate and had some nice variation. I did find it odd that eating breakfast in the main area costs an extra 400 thousand dong per person. Does that mean the club breakfast has less variety or lower quality? They should reconsider that. Cocktails and canopies were served from 5 to 7, and I enjoyed the different canopies each evening. There was free alcohol, though the selection was limited. For me, club access was worth it because it saved the cost of supper at the hotel restaurants. I imagine central da nang has food and drinks for about 60% less than the hotel's restaurants and bars. One suggestion for management: some live music at the club on Friday or Saturday would make it feel special for members. I booked four nights in a king room with sea view and Club Access. The room felt dated, like 2011, and could use an upgrade. The bed also needs replacing to meet five-star standards. The sea and pool view, plus easy access to the beach and pool, did give it a bit of a boost. It's on the ground floor, so getting to the club means taking the stairs. There were lots of mosquitoes inside and out, so bring repellent. Management should make mosquito spray available in rooms. The pool and sea were amazing, and the staff working in those areas were great. My big frustration was the holding deposit in case you use certain room items. I paid 4million dong, then had to wait days for the refund to reach my account and pay bank fees as well. Please stop requiring it. Let guests opt out, remove the goods from the room and fridge, and note in the system that nothing can be charged to the room. A five-star hotel in Bangkok gave me that choice. The hotel itself was okay, and the friendly, attentive staff moved my rating from 3.5 to 4.

That suite on the 28th floor was AMAZING, and everything about it felt luxurious. We loved our stay, and the service, gym, pool, yoga, and evening happy hour on the lounge floor were all exceptional. Sony was a dear, and cute Han, I think that was her name, and Rachel at breakfast each morning were great. Chef Tim was lovely too. I don't understand the mediocre comments about the service or breakfast buffet, since we found both phenomenal. There were a few little things that could be fixed: a patio light kept flickering, the lighting setup was odd, one of the lower sensor lights wouldn't switch off, and the toilet paper kept falling off its holder. Also, one elevator doesn't go to the 31st floor, but it kept arriving when we called it. That was irritating, and I tried everything.
