We had a family room with beach view on 19F, and the breeze was so cool we didn't need the AC. The city center is nearby, and the beach is an easy walk away. There's a swimming pool and kids room on 3F. My only complaints were the TV, which isn't a digital TV, and the toiletries. They provide a combined bath wash and shampoo, but no conditioner. Bring your own or buy some at the shop on 1F right next to the hotel.

The location was the only thing I liked. My bed was uncomfortable, the room felt dirty, and everything seemed worn and dated. I tried the included breakfast on the first day, but nothing appealed to me and there was no staff to greet me. I love Asian food, yet this was the first hotel in Vietnam where I skipped breakfast because there was nothing I wanted. I went to the 'bar' to use my welcome drink, but nobody was there except a woman eating at a table. She turned out to work there. We had to communicate through Google Translate, and eventually she gave me two cans of beer at room temperature. The room fridge didn't cool them, so I poured them down the sink. I've spent over 300 nights in hotels in a year, and this was the one I disliked most. I'd never return.

The staff were friendly overall :) Breakfast was very limited, with watery soya milk and no cheese for the bread, just butter. Our twin room was okay, though it could have been cleaned better. There was still hair from the previous occupants visible in the bathroom.

The hotel is in an excellent location, but the stay left us disappointed. Our room was in poor shape, with dirty furniture, torn curtains, and cracked walls. Staff responded quickly when we reported it, but the replacement furniture they brought was dirty too. The bathroom only had shampoo, which wasn't useful to me as a bald man. At checkout, they insisted we'd taken a teaspoon, even though we'd left all the cutlery in the room. The bar also closed at 10 pm, and breakfast was only average.
