We had five rooms across two floors and never once had to wait for the elevator. The hotel was lovely and very clean, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Its location in Nha Trang was great, and the amenities were good too. There was even a small induction cooktop in the room, though we didn't use it. Definitely recommend Lee Charming. MIO is only a few minutes away on foot if you want to try the coffee.

The quiet alley where Lee Charming sits kept construction noise away, and the rooms were clean and incredibly cozy. The price was a bargain whether staying a few days or a month, and I felt well supported throughout. The beds were among the most comfortable I've found in Vietnam. The fluffy pillows and soft mattress made it easy to fall asleep, and the curtains blocked the light well in the morning. Lee, the owner, speaks fluent English and was warm and eager to help with travel or city questions. I felt welcomed like family, even though I had only booked two nights. Ha Hieu was also great. He handles customer service during the day and reception at night, and was friendly, professional, and quick to respond on Zalo. I reached him in an emergency after a last-minute booking caused by a scheduling mix-up left me with layover time and nowhere else to go. He rushed to help and booked me in right away. I'll always remember that support. Highly recommend.

We were right in the city center, close to everything, and the apartment was clean and really comfortable. The owner was the sweetest, always available when we needed something, and speaks perfect English. Totally recommend.

We were shown a room at 200,000 won per night, but when we went to check out, they asked for 400.000 won per night. This is a scam. Avoid it!
